QUESTIONS / CHALLENGES
Where do you feel the pressure of time?
Practice being the observer.
What stories is your mind telling you and what or who is the personality creating that story. Ie: your moms voice, your mentor, your friends, etc.
Create a go to playlist or activity list
Use theses lists of songs an activities to shift your vibration out of psychosis and into inspiration. STOP the thinking and surrender to something that requires your full attention in the now.
(Using your body/being in your body is bonus points!)
Where do you FEEL in your body the pressure of why?
Can you embrace and accept that energy with love?
Where do you notice you go into obsession and hyper-focus trying?
ie: bills, health, business, family issues
How does your obsession manifest in your physically reality?
(You are a conscious creator of your reality and so this involves taking responsibility for what you manifest into your life)
